CANCELING AN ORDER
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with no penalty only if you cancel within 24 Hours of your purchase.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We bill through square and accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER’S PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT?
You will receive email/text updates on the progress of your order, including a confirmation once it has arrived to our studio. Additionally, a tracking number will be provided when your order is dispatched for virtual orders.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ITEMS TO SHIP ONCE I'VE PLACED MY ORDER?
All garments ordered from GentStyle, LLC are Made To Order, and individual production times are noted on the process page. Usual times are 4-8 weeks from start to finish.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING FOR MY ORDER?
Shipping costs are included in your order.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we do offer international shipping at a small surcharge.

All items sold by GentStyle, LLC are Made to Order and can not be returned.
WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ITEMS FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
All purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you believe you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact our team and be sure to include the following information:
Please include the original order number, your current shipping address, and photographs of the defective or damaged item. Once we review, further action will be taken to ensure you receive the correct garment.

We recommend dry cleaning. -But not excessively!

HOW LONG IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Our standard turnaround time, from the date payment is received to the final delivery of your garment, is 6-8 weeks, including alterations, 8-12 weeks for garments comissioned with a basted fitting.
WHAT DOES GENTSTYLE ADVISE REGARDING WEAR AND TEAR ON A GARMENT?
Wear and tear is normal and eventually unavoidable. GentStyle is not responsible for the wear and tear of a garment. Clients are advised to read the garment care instructions and follow the recommendations from our Clothiers to prolong the life of the garment. Specific wear and tear can result from certain behaviors or habits. Clients are encouraged to consult with us to determine the most suitable fabric based apon their lifestyle. In other words, If you are James Bond, we won’t put you in a delicate silk garment! Trouser wear in the crotch area is common for some men due to friction. Clients should note that more delicate and luxurious fabrics can deteriorate quicker under certain conditons.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Placement of an order indicates the client’s acceptance of these terms and conditions. GentStyle, LLC reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.
By ordering a suit from GentStyle, LLC, the client grants Robert Jones the right to add his or her contact details to our database. From time to time we may contact clients about offers and new products. Clients can easily be removed from our marketing communications list by either unsubscribing or contacting our Customer Service at robert@gentstyle.co.
All orders placed are subject to acceptance. GentStyle, LLC reserves the right, at all times and at our sole discretion, to refuse to accept an order for any reason and without liability to the client.
GentStyle, LLC will alter Made To Measure garments to ensure proper fit, for up to three month from the time of delivery. GentStyle, LLC is not responsible for adjustments needed to a garment that are due to significant change in build, or client preference.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
The client is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
The client confirms that he/she is authorized to use the credit card/debit card whose details you enter. All credit /debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of a client’s card refuses to authorize payment we will not accept the order.
In the event a product is listed with incorrect price or other incorrect information, GentStyle, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed with incorrect information.
